Return Policy
Returning Damaged or Defective Products
If your order is damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, you may contact us for assistance within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact us through our live chat function by clicking the green widget in the lower right corner of any page on the website. Returns without a prior RA (Return Authorization) from our customer service department will not be accepted.
In the event of damage or defects, Nfincx reserves the right to send a replacement unit instead of accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges, provided our team has verified that safety has not been compromised.
*Partial refunds or any other form of compensation will only be issued if the customer chooses to keep the original product rather than receive a replacement.*
Returns are available for reconsiderations or dissatisfaction.
In such cases, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange. Please contact us through our live chat function by clicking the green widget in the lower right corner of any page on the website.
Returns for reconsideration or dissatisfaction will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
The product must be undamaged, new, and in its original packaging, including all parts, assembly instructions, and provided hardware. This means you cannot return items that have already been removed from the box and/or assembled.
Returns without a prior RA (Return Authorization) from our Customer Service Department will not be accepted.
*Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to the Nfincx-provided shipping location.
If the return is approved, our team will send a return label for you to ship the box back to us. Upon receipt, we will professionally inspect the box. If the above conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price (less shipping costs for orders under $150). If the above conditions are not met, Nfincx reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
Nfincx is not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and inform us of your choice of new product. You can contact us via our live chat function via the green widget in the lower right corner of any page on the website.
Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
The product must be undamaged, new, and in its original packaging, including all parts, assembly instructions, and provided hardware. This means you cannot return items that have already been removed from the box and/or assembled.
The price of the new product selected must be equal to or greater than the price of the original order (excluding shipping costs).
Orders without a prior RA (Return Authorization) from our customer service department will not be accepted.
*Customers are responsible for all shipping costs: the original order must be returned to our warehouse, and the new order must be shipped to the shipping address.
If the return is approved, our team will send a return label so you can ship the box back to us. Upon receipt, we will professionally inspect the box. If the above conditions are met, the new order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If the above conditions are not met, Nfincx reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
