Nfincx warrants its furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
All Nfincx furniture carries a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. This warranty is valid for residential use only. The warranty is not transferable to the original owner. If damage is caused by manufacturing defects, material defects, or missing parts, Nfincx staff will analyze the situation and find the best solution, whether it's shipping a replacement part or providing a full or partial refund. Your family's safety is our top priority.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by failure to follow the furniture's assembly instructions, recommended use, and maintenance.
Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, storage, misuse, or modification of the product by the owner or unauthorized third-party repairers in any manner not intended by the manufacturer.
Damage incurred during shipping and defects caused by normal wear and tear or commercial use.
Products purchased as used or pre-owned furniture.
Damaged Goods

No returns will be accepted for damaged or defective merchandise after 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt.
Nfincx staff will request pictures and analyze the situation to find the best solution, whether it's sending a replacement part or refunding your purchase price (partial or full), always taking pride in your family's safety.
*Partial refunds or any form of compensation will only be issued if the customer chooses to keep the original product instead of receiving a replacement.*
