Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on orders over $150. Shipping costs for orders under $150 are the customer's responsibility and are calculated based on the destination zip code.

Delivery Time

Your order will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Estimated delivery time is calculated based on your zip code (displayed on the product page). Estimated delivery time is 2-15 business days (excluding remote areas and inclement traffic conditions).

A tracking number will be sent via email once the carrier provides the shipment.

Extraordinary Destinations

International shipping (including Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico) is not available.

Orders over $800 are subject to a flat rate of $500 shipping to Hawaii. Orders under $800 are not accepted to Hawaii.

We do not ship to US military addresses (APO/FPO).

Related Information

Most orders containing heavy items are shipped on wooden pallets by our partnered carriers. Please ensure that your delivery location can accommodate this method of transportation.

Deliveries can be made to the front door or curbside. We do not offer indoor delivery.

Your delivery may be made without prior authorization or signature.

Once your order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed or expedited.

For apartment buildings, if there is a front desk, the delivery will be made to the front desk. If there is no front desk, the delivery will be made directly to the front door.
